I run day-long workshops at my Garden Studio in Fulwood, Preston . This venue is ideal for individuals, for those who just want a one to one and for those who come in groups, albeit small groups!! The studio is fully equipped, and I can cater up to 4 possibly 5 at a push. We start at 9.30am and finish between 3 and 4pm dependant on the size of class and what we are painting.
I can also cater for larger groups, up to 12 as a maximum, but venues have to be arranged by the organiser
All workshops are to be enjoyed. The sessions take place in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. I cater for absolute beginners to the more experienced artist and age should be no barrier either. If you have a desire to paint, then come along! You will quickly find yourself engrossed in your painting and before you know it the day will have ended and you will be left with your very own work of art, your masterpiece! The Joy of Painting, no better way of putting it.
All equipment is provided including paints, palette, brushes, canvas and easel etc. All that you need to bring is an apron (or wear something old), kitchen roll and your butties for dinner. Tea, coffee and biscuits are also provided.

I am also available for demonstrations for both small and large groups, from the WI to Art Societies, from U3A groups to the Pre-War Austin 7 Club. If you want a guest speaker with a difference, then please contact me. I complete the painting within an hour during which time I will explain all the techniques involved.
